1. Name and Nature of Organization
The name of the organization shall be the Healing Hands Health Care Social Welfare Organization (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”). It is a non-political, non-profit, and non-governmental social welfare organization established to serve humanity without discrimination.

2. Objectives
The Organization aims to promote and implement social welfare programs in the areas of health care, food security, women’s empowerment, polio awareness, legal advisory services, clean water accessibility, and other community development initiatives.

3. Legal Status
The Organization shall operate in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Government of Pakistan and shall be registered under the relevant Act governing social welfare organizations.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or participating in any activities, services, or digital platforms of the Organization, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

5. Use of Organizational Name and Logo
The name, logo, and all related materials of the Organization are the exclusive property of Healing Hands Health Care Social Welfare Organization. No individual or entity shall use them without prior written approval of the governing body.

6. Donations and Financial Contributions
All donations, grants, and financial contributions received by the Organization shall be utilized solely for achieving its stated objectives. The Organization shall maintain transparent records and accounts, subject to audit as per the applicable regulations.

7. Membership and Conduct
Members and volunteers shall uphold the dignity, integrity, and objectives of the Organization. Misconduct, misuse of funds, or actions contrary to the Organization’s principles shall result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
The Organization respects the privacy of all individuals and ensures that any personal information collected shall be used only for lawful organizational purposes and handled with confidentiality.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
The Organization shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in its programs, use of its services, or reliance on information provided through its platforms.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Governing Body reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary. All amendments shall take effect upon approval and official publication by the Organization.

11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in relation to the Organization or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
